How to apply my stickers/clean my products?
Please refer to the Care instructions page for more details.
Are products in-stock?
All products listed on the website are IN STOCK, except if they’re marked as:
– SOLD OUT, which means that you can’t purchase them anymore.
– PREORDER, which means you can buy them but they will be shipped at a later date (indicated on the product page description).
Some products such as vinyl decals might be made-to-order, but we ensure that we have everything available to fulfill orders asap (less than a week).
If we encounter any problem with stocks or made-to-order items, you will be contacted asap to resolve the problem or inform you of a delayed shipping date.
Do you restock sold out items?
Some products are meant for a one time release, but it will usually be explicit.
Some products also don’t do well, so they’re meant to be discontinued once sold out.
As a small business with small stocks, we recommend placing an order asap if you’re really interested in a product!
Preorders also help us A LOT to manage stocks, so we recommend preordering if possible. We also usually offer a discount or gifts for preorders compared to in-stock items 🙂
Sold out items that we don’t intend to restock will always eventually be removed from our shop.
ORDERS
I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order, what can I do?
Please check your spam folder and double-check your email address if you created an account when placing your order!
If you can’t find anything, please contact us asap and we will check our orders history + PayPal payments history.
If nothing can be found, it just means that your order didn’t go through, and that you haven’t been debited 🙂
I received the wrong item/item was damaged/defective. What should I do?
We are sincerely sorry and we apologize! This isn’t meant to happen.
Please contact us asap so we can find a solution together to satisfy both parties.
We may have to ask for photos of damaged/defective products.
If stocks are available, we will gladly proceed to an exchange. If not, we can offer a refund, or a replacement with anything of same value from our shop.
Can I cancel/refund my order?
Physical orders and preorders can be canceled and fully refunded at any time if we haven’t shipped them yet.
For digital products: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
For personalized products: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
For all other products: According to the French law, you have 14 days starting from the day following the delivery date to return the products you’re not satisfied with. Please read our full Terms of Service for more details.
My order still hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
First, please check if your order has been shipped. If yes, you should have gotten a tracking number (either by email or on your order status on the website’s customer profile page).
Please check the tracking number’s informations HERE (la Poste), HERE (Chronopost) or HERE (Mondial Relay).
If nothing is showing up or your package appears as lost, please contact us asap at sayamete@gmail.com
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
IN STOCK ITEMS: They’re shipped asap, usually 3-7 business days after the order was placed (except holidays).
PREORDER ITEMS: Informations about approximate shipping date can be found on the items’ pages. Please allow a month for us to receive, quality check, pack and ship the items.
IN STOCK + PREORDER ITEMS: If you placed an order with both in stock and preorder items, please wait until the preordered items are in stock. We will then proceed to the shipping asap.
What are the differences between the different shipping methods?
We try to give you as many options as possible.
Each shipping method has its own pros and cons. Some shipping methods are unavailable depending on your location.
*MONDIAL RELAY
Only available for: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal
What is Mondial Relay? It’s a company who delivers at selected partners locations instead of at your home (except for some countries listed below). It’s cheaper but implies that a partner is close to you so you can pick up the parcel.
Countries with PICK-UP delivery only: France
Countries with HOME delivery only: Germany, Italy, Austria
Countries with HOME & PICK-UP delivery: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs change each year, and we try our best to reflect that.
Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated because of the website’s order system, so pricing errors may occur. Please send us a message if you think something is off!
Shipping cost is calculated on approximate total weight according to the package size of the biggest item in your order. You can check shipping options available for your location on the Cart page after adding products.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow us up to 1 week to ship out your order (applies to in-stock items only).
Then, shipping times vary depending on the chosen method and destination.
I received a tracking number, where can I track my order?

I had to pay customs for my order, is that normal?
We’re not responsible for any fees such as duties, taxes and customs fees, since these rely heavily on each country’s regulation.
There are no refunds possible if you choose not to pay the fees and your order has to be sent back. Please keep in mind that we are located in France, Europe, so a declaration to customs is mandatory for parcels.
