COVID-19 notice: Carriers may experience delays due to Covid-19, so please be patient as we cannot do anything about it once your order has been shipped 🙏

– Orders are processed in chronological order (from oldest to newest).
– All products available are either in-stock or made to order inside our workshop.
– If we have any sudden materials shortage which result in extra delays, you will be notified as soon as possible after placing your order.

– Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, see 2022 calendar)
– Orders are usually shipping on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
– If you chose tracked shipping, you will get your tracking number in an email once we have dropped off your order at the post office.

SAYAMETE offers both tracked and untracked shipping.

Packaging

We ship everything in mailers or card-backed envelopes.

If your order exceeds 3 kg (6,6 lb) or stacks over 3 cm (1,2’’) in thickness, your order will be shipped as a package inside a box. Shipping prices for boxes are not quoted online so you’ll receive an email with the final quote and price update.

Carriers

Our shop is based in France, we use the national carrier La Poste.

Once arriving in your country, your order will be carried by your local mail carrier or package carrier.

We can’t choose who will carry your package once leaving France and we decline any responsibility regarding that.

Customs

France has strict regulations regarding customs.

Every order shipping to a country other than France will be declared to customs, according to the regulations for that country.

SAYAMETE declines any responsibility regarding customs fees.

These rates are only available for orders under 3 kg and thinner than 3 cm.

For packages, a quote will automatically be given at checkout. If the quote seems overpriced, please contact us asap.
